A Better Place

She's in a better place right now
Than she's ever been before;
All pain is gone; she's now at rest;
Nothing troubles her anymore.


It's we who feel the burden of
Our sadness and our grief;.
We have to cry, to mourn our loss,
Before we get relief.


We know we'll reconnect with her
At the end of each life's road;
We'll see her cherished face again
When we release our earthly load.

Through Faith, Hope and Charity

Faith in knowing our loved one
is now in a better place.
Faith that when we leave this life
We’ll once again embrace.

Hope that soon we’ll overcome
The grief that we now feel,
That God’s great love will comfort us,
and help our hearts to heal.

Charity, is the love of Christ
He loves us and knows our sorrow.
We’ll put all trust in Him above
And know there’s a brighter tomorrow.

A new dawn welcomes
a beautiful day
for the one that we love,
who has just passed away.

The trials of this life
are now in the past.
There’s great joy in Heaven,
Back home at last.

Home to our Father,
to live evermore.
And to family and friends,
who have passed on before.

While we are mourning
our loved one lives on.
Awakened in the glory
of Heaven’s new dawn.

God gently called my name
as He took my little hand.
He knew hearts would be broken,
but He hoped you’d understand.

For when He takes a child home
He chooses each with care.
He needs the best of children,
to be special angels there.

We watch over our dear family
from Heaven up above.
That’s why you I left behind
still feel my lingering love.

My love is all around you
Allow your hearts to mend.
In time He'll gently call your name
and we'll be together again.

It’s a beautiful day in Heaven above
The sky is so clear and bright.
Lit with the glow of our Saviors love
Which shames earth’s brightest light.

I could never begin to describe
The beauty and love that I see.
My spirit is here, not dead, but alive,
So please don’t feel sorrow for me.

Heavenly choirs are singing.
Excitement and joy fills the air.
Such peace and comfort I’m feeling.
God’s angels are everywhere.

Keep me alive deep in you heart
For in my heart you will remain.
I'm happy and well in heaven
And in time I'll see you again.
