It is a true story of loss of my husband, Kevin, to colon cancer. It was unexpected and he died three days after I took him to the hospital. It is broken in two parts, One - Excruciating loss and Two - Renewal. I started writing in a journal to my deceased husband two weeks after his death. These journals are very personal, and show the stages of grief I went through, and the deep depression I was in. Finally, my rebirth into the world occurs and I am finally living again.
