No Tomorrow's. ( for my Daughter Makila)

by Alison
(Derby UK )

I wrote this for my Beautiful Daughter Makila Aldrich aged 34 taken so suddenly.

My Baby girl you will always be,
A beautiful Swan for all to see,

I watched you grow throughout your life laughing and learning causing strife,
I'll always remember watching you play,

But who knew no tomorrow's we're coming our way.

Your love of life shines through into your boys cherishing you,
Your button nose and cheeky smile the silly things you'd say,

Who knew no tomorrow's we're coming our way.

I see the smile on your face beaming and glowing in that place,
A day that is etched in my head from the moment I wake till I go to bed,
Smile and laughter for us both that day,

But who knew no tomorrow's we're coming our way.

A beautiful person inside and out looking from above
The raindrops are you're tears and the sun is your love,
This pain in my heart is here to stay

Because who knew no tomorrow's had come our way.

I love you my darling.
Love Mum. X
