I wake each morning to begin a new day
Knowing the pain of losing you will never go away
My broken heart, oh the tears I cry
I can't explain any of this, no matter how hard I try
I want to text, call you, just hear your voice
But only too soon I realize, I don't have that choice
So I pray to Jesus to give you a BIG squeeze
And ask Him to tell you that it was from me
