Dannie Joseph Walter

There is nowhere for me to go to say goodbye to you, your ashes are thousands of miles away, and the funeral was so fraught and tense with family disagreements.

I just want to say that I think about you often and I feel sad, I did love you and you have my eternal respect for what you achieved against the odds.

In the end you brought the remaining family through the storms to a peaceful place. The scar has gone from your forehead and the trees are beautiful where you are.

Your grief
by: andria

I am very sad for what transpired at the memoral. The reason i'm responding is that my husband was also cremated and all anyone could say was" thank God we won't have to deal with him anymore" We had a rough marriage, but toward's the end he made peace with God and some family member's who were actually there for him. Please be comforted in knowing that his pain is gone and now you likeme need to think of the good times ok. God bless you and I hope your family stop's the maddness and that you will start healing.
