important relationship, my entire life honestly

i've really messed up my life. i yelled at my now ex girlfriends mom, cussed out her dad and hurt my ex. she was my fiance before all this started goin on. thats no way for a christian to act. i dont know why i did what i did. please pray for me. i love her with all my heart and soul. i dont want to lose my temper so easily. i dont want to lose my temper at all. i dont want to lose her either. i dont want to cuss anymore. its been a while since ive been in church. and im ashamed about that. please..please pray for me
